At FCM we work with riders like you to overcome fears, rewire traumas, achieve peak performance and ultimately love riding. Unlike other mindset approaches, we don’t just deal with the symptoms with conscious tools (that often can’t be executed when you need to!), we focus on rewiring the root cause in order to get long lasting changes that happen unconsciously and stop the symptoms arising in the first place.
Mindset isn’t just for those competing or at the higher levels. We work at all levels from Grass Roots to Grand Prix in every possible discipline from hacking to eventing and beyond. We want every horse and rider to be in a confident and happy partnership and we ultimately feel that the rider’s mindset plays as big a part in this as the skills training for both horse and rider.

The Rider Mindset Vault
Our NEW Rider Mindset Vault is an online resource area packaged full of content to help guide you to overcoming fears and feel confident, capable and successful. Jam packed with videos to understand your mindset (and actually rewire it too), guided exercises, breakthrough sessions, audio recordings and more. All in one easy to access online vault which you can use anywhere on your phone, tablet or computer, so we are always here wherever and whenever you need it.
The Rider Mindset Accelerator
The Rider Mindset Accelerator is our full transformational 12 week fear busting, confidence boosting, performance enhancing program. If you feel you want some in person 121 coaching and support alongside access to the full contents of the Vault then the Accelerator is the right program for you.
On top of the Vault access you also get assigned your own FCM Licensed Coach to guide you through the program and support you to get the most out of it in your 121 sessions. As well as your coach, you get access to weekly live sessions with Jenni, the Coaching Team and the Accelerator community.

Ambassadors & Mentors
When you join E.D.E.N you will “meet” our Ambassadors & Mentors; these are experienced and carefully selected members who work closely with Jenni on a one to one basis. These members will be there to offer extra support and are a key part of the E.D.E.N community.
I am out of my comfort zone at a lot but learning so much about how to control myself and reach my goals and not just in the horse world.
